A partnership between coach and client. Together we uncover your dreams and desires and untangle them from outside influences telling you what you should want, do, and believe. You’ll be supported as you practice integrating who you are on the inside with how you show up in the world. Allowing your dreams, desires, and values to be reflected in your actions, choices, and ultimately your entire reality.
We’ll also:◦ Honor that you, as the client, know yourself best, and you hold all of your own answers within you. As the coach, I won’t be explicitly giving you advice or telling you what to do.
◦ Dive below the surface of your desires/goals, establishing your deeper intention and reason for pursuing these dreams.
◦ Create a container to support the expansion of your beliefs about what is possible for you, and what you’re worthy of.

All sessions will last approximately 60 minutes, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon ahead of time.
Note: We may spend 90 minutes in the initial session for longer coaching packages.

In some ways they are similar. They both use evidence-based techniques and intentional dialogue as the primary tools for growth and discovery. But, they are not the same thing and there are some very important differences.
Coaching: In coaching, we work on growth and making shifts in the present moment that will help move you towards the future you desire.
Therapy: In therapy, you work through deeper issues like depression, anxiety, or trauma.
There is no diagnosing or assessing of anyone’s mental health in coaching.

We will meet on Zoom for each of our sessions. You can sign up for a zoom account here. Prior to our session you will receive an email with the zoom link.

Payment plans are available for all multi-session coaching offerings. You can view more information about payment plans on the specific offerings pages. The first payment of a payment plan will be due upon initial signup for an offering.

It is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach of a cancellation 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting. Unless otherwise specified by the Coach, all payments for the Coaching Services are non-refundable. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting. Coach addresses true emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Where possible, Coach will attempt to reschedule the missed meeting.
