Raina is a creative director, artist, integrative coach, and the founder of Finding Stillness Studio. Drawn to the deeper currents that shape meaningful, intentional lives and work, she brings curiosity, intuition, and thoughtful design to every project.
With more than a decade of experience in branding, design, and marketing, including time with Google Brand Studio, Wieden+Kennedy, and Swift, she now helps emerging and established founders build brands that feel like a true extension of who they are and the gifts they offer.
Her approach is intentionally slow, layered, and collaborative, blending strategic clarity with intuitive depth to create brand identities that are visually distinctive, emotionally resonant, and built to support the long-term growth of the businesses behind them.

Florine Hofmann is a Senior Brand Strategist at Gravity Road. Her entry into advertising began with her sustainable lifestyle blog, “thewastedblog,” where her collaboration with the United Nations’ World Food Programme led her to Anomaly London. She has since worked as a brand strategist at Mother London and Gravity Road, specializing in brand and social strategies for clients such as Minecraft, TikTok, Peloton, Uber, Instagram, and the International Olympic Committee. Florine also established Mother London’s “FamiliarFaces,” a creative platform dedicated to nurturing projects from underrepresented talent.
