Meditation Practice Day 3/100
Today, I sat in my bedroom.
I wrote down this intention before setting my timer:
May I dissolve into and beyond myself.
I sat for 15 minutes.
Eyes closed and on my cushion.
I listened to this playlist, again.
I felt deeply tender and vulnerable. I took deep breaths. I cried. I felt more connected to myself and something more.
