Day 12 : Shifting Perspective

Yesterday I took a late afternoon walk in the forest and spent most of the time with my head tilted back looking up at the tree canopies silhouetted against the cloudy sky. The branches of the tall oak trees stretched toward one another, leaving small rivers of space between their branches. I marveled at the patterns that emerged from this angle. A reminder that if we forget to look from another perspective, we’ll miss a whole lot of magic and beauty along the way.
