Meditation Practice Day 1/100
Today, I sat in the living room.
I wrote down this intention before setting my timer:
I sat for 15 minutes.
Eyes closed and on my cushion.
I listened to this playlist.
I cried a little.
I felt grateful and connected and full of ideas for creative projects. It was a little overwhelming and it was nice.
My space.
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May all beings find happiness and the causes of happiness.
