Meditation Practice Day 2/100
Today, I sat in my bedroom.
I wrote down this intention before setting my timer:
May I open my channel to receive, release, and offer.
I sat for 15 minutes.
Eyes closed and on my cushion.
The window was open.
Birds were chirping.
I listened to this playlist, again.
I smiled. It felt good. I was filled with ideas, which flew out of me and onto the page at my writing desk afterward.
